Andy Sutton
Andy Sutton is the co-founder of Lynx Real Estate, Inc. and HREA (Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, Inc.), a commercial real estate firm specializing in Retail, Medical, Land, and Office sales and leasing. Previously with Shane Investment Property Group, LLC, Sutton brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience including development, leasing, investment sales, and management.
Sutton has been involved with several million dollars
worth of investment real estate transactions, trained and mentored commercial
and investment real estate brokers to become top brokers over his career.
Sutton has brokered more than $200 million career sales and leasing transactions,
negotiations, and has consulted with clients both locally and nationally.
Sutton received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Georgia Southern University. Sutton is working on the prestigious CCIM
designations in order to better assist his clients. He lives in the
Todd Perman
Todd Perman is a principal of Healthcare Real Estate Advisors and Lynx Real
Estate. He has been investing in commercial and investment real estate in metro
Atlanta since 1993 and involved in Commercial Real Estate full time since late
2003.
Todd was born and raised in Atlanta. He attended local Atlanta schools including:
Riverwood High School, the University of Georgia and the Georgia Institute of
Real Estate. After graduating from college at the age of 20, he began his career
in sales with Lanier Worldwide. After four years and vast achievements, he moved
into the medical field to specialize in dealing with Physicians with United
States Surgical while living in Houston, Texas. After moving into management
with USSC, he was recruited back to Atlanta by Stryker Corporation to develop
the Atlanta Medical Market division. He worked for Stryker for over 10 years
and held a variety of positions that included sales representative, National
Account Manger, Strategic Sales Manager and several other national positions.
After developing a small division of Stryker from three (3) employees and one
sales person to a company of seventy sales representatives, engineers, administrative
staff and over 50 Million Dollars in sales, Todd started planning to open Healthcare
Real Estate Advisors and launched the
company in early 2004. Today the firm has 3 brokers, 2 employees and sales volume
has taken off rapidly with over 30 million dollars in sales in 2005. The company
continues to grow and Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has rapidly become known
in Atlanta as "The Physician's Advocate" in real estate by being published
in several journals including MD News Atlanta magazine, and taking care of physicians
real estate needs.
His passion and experience centers around helping clients, physicians and
his agents succeed by creating a process surrounding site selection, investing,
marketing, and leadership. He provides content to several periodicals and has
expertise in various facets of commercial real estate including lease negotiation,
investing, portfolio management, disposition strategies, and transaction management.
At various times in his career Todd has acted as a consultant to some of the
largest medical facilities in the country.
Todd is working on the prestigious CCIM, CRB and e-Pro designations in order
to better assist his partners, brokers and clients. He lives in the Virginia
Highlands area of Atlanta and enjoys spending time with his son Taylor and daughter
Anna. Todd's hobbies include boating, skiing, and golf.
